Do I need to have a proxy or a balance to apply?
No. You can apply with a brand new account. Once approved, you buy only when you have a customer ready to pay.
How do I deliver the proxy to my customer?
After purchasing a proxy, create a sub-account for your customer from your dashboard and assign the proxy to that sub-account. Your customer gets login credentials and full proxy control. You retain modem reset access.
Can I resell SMS numbers or VCCs?
The reseller discount currently applies to Multi Location proxy plans only.
What happens if my customer needs a refund?
You handle the customer relationship and refund policy on your end. RelayKit's standard refund policy applies to your purchase from us.
How long does approval take?
Typically within 24 hours. You'll receive an email notification when your access is approved.
Can I use the discount for my own proxies?
No. Reseller pricing is for proxies you deliver to paying customers via sub-accounts. Personal use accounts are not eligible.
