RelayKit is a small Los Angeles-based team that spent too many years buying bad proxies, fragile numbers, and risky cards to run our own infrastructure work. We built the kit we wished existed: four tools that actually work, stitched together, with an operator-first stance on privacy, billing, and support.
We are not a reseller. We own the modem farms. We write the card issuer API integration. We run the browser fleet. One team, one roadmap, one balance — and real humans on the other end of email.
§ Z.01 — PRINCIPLES
Four things we don't compromise on.

Private by default
No-logs, across every product. We keep what we need to bill you and run the service — and nothing more. The policy is public, concrete, and audited once a year.

Dedicated hardware
Every proxy IP, every card, every session is yours. We don't pool. We don't resell. One license = one piece of infrastructure = one customer.

Operator ethics
We publish an acceptable use policy in plain English. We will not sell to actors doing CSAM, human trafficking, credential stuffing of non-public targets, or anything we'd be embarrassed by.

Human support
Real people reply via email or live chat — typically within 24–48 hours. No outsourced L1. The people who built the product answer the tickets.

Questions we get.
Do I need KYC?
No. Email + password to open an account. We only collect what a payment rail forces us to.
What's your refund policy?
Unused balance is refundable in BTC/USDC for 90 days. Active subscriptions are prorated on cancel.
Can I resell?
Yes, within the AUP. Apply for the reseller program inside your dashboard — once approved you get wholesale pricing, sub-account management, and a rate card.
Do you cooperate with law enforcement?
We respond to valid US legal process. We cannot turn over what we don't log. For billing data we're required to keep, we respond in the minimum required scope, and notify the customer unless legally gagged.
Where are you based?
Los Angeles, CA, USA. Operating under US jurisdiction. Our modem fleet is in the US.
