Acceptable Use Policy

RelayKit services may be used for lawful purposes. The following activities are expressly permitted when conducted within the bounds of applicable law: · Web automation and large-scale data collection · Security research and penetration testing on systems you own or have authorization to test · Privacy protection and anonymity for personal or professional use · Account management across multiple platforms · Ad verification and brand protection · Any other lawful purpose consistent with this policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the RelayKit platform: · Unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, or data you do not own or have explicit permission to access · Credential stuffing, brute-force attacks, or account takeover attempts against non-public targets · Fraud, phishing, identity theft, or any deceptive practice · Distribution of malware, spyware, ransomware, or other malicious software · Generation, distribution, or storage of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) · Human trafficking facilitation or exploitation · Harassment, stalking, or threats directed at individuals · Any activity that violates applicable federal, state, or local law

RelayKit reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this policy. Consequences for violations include: · Immediate account suspension without prior notice · Permanent termination of access to the Service · Forfeiture of remaining account balance without refund · We may report illegal activity, including but not limited to CSAM and human trafficking, to appropriate law enforcement authorities We do not issue warnings for egregious violations. Enforcement actions are at our sole discretion.

Resellers approved under the RelayKit reseller program are responsible for ensuring that their end-users comply with this Acceptable Use Policy in full. Resellers must not knowingly provide access to parties engaged in prohibited activities. Violations by a reseller's end-users may result in termination of the reseller's account and all associated sub-accounts.
