By accessing or using RelayKit ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

RelayKit provides access to dedicated 4G/5G mobile proxy infrastructure, private SMS phone numbers, and related tools. All services are provided on a prepaid balance model — you load funds to your account and spend them on services you select. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific location, carrier, or phone number.

You may use RelayKit services for lawful purposes only. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to: unauthorized access to computer systems or data; fraud, identity theft, or phishing; distributing malware; harassment or threats; violations of applicable law; and any activity that RelayKit determines to be harmful to the Service, its users, or third parties. Violation may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of remaining balance without refund.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You are fully responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. Account balances are prepaid and non-transferable. We accept cryptocurrency payments only — BTC, ETH, LTC, USDC, and USDT. Refunds on proxy licenses are available only on weekly or monthly plans and must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Hourly, daily, and 2-day licenses are non-refundable. SMS OTP purchases are non-refundable once a message has been received. Pricing may change at any time; changes apply to future purchases.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, carrier outages, and technical failures may temporarily affect availability. Downtime does not entitle you to refunds unless explicitly stated in writing by RelayKit.

We do not store logs of traffic passing through our proxy infrastructure. We store account data, transaction history, and billing information necessary to operate the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

All content, branding, software, and infrastructure comprising RelayKit are the property of RelayKit or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RELAYKIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RelayKit, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the United States.
