RelayKit is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have. The short version: we don't log your traffic, we don't sell your data, and we only collect what's necessary to run the service.
When you create an account: your email address, a hashed password, and any optional profile details you provide. When you make a purchase: transaction records including amount, timestamp, and service purchased. We accept cryptocurrency payments and do not collect or store credit card numbers. When you use our services: service usage records (active proxy licenses or SMS numbers), timestamps of purchases and account actions, and your account balance. We do NOT log traffic passing through proxy connections.
We use your information to: operate and deliver the services you purchase; send transactional emails (purchase confirmations, expiration reminders, support responses); prevent fraud and abuse; and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We do not log, store, or inspect the content of traffic passing through our proxy infrastructure. We do not record which websites or services you connect to. We do not monitor what you do with SMS numbers assigned to your account.
Account information is retained as long as your account is active. Transaction history is retained for 2 years for billing and support purposes. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@relaykit.net. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, subject to legal obligations to retain records.
We use session cookies strictly necessary for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies that share data with third parties. You may disable cookies in your browser, though this will prevent you from logging in.
We use NOWPayments for cryptocurrency payment processing — their Privacy Policy governs data collected during transactions. We may use infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics platforms.
Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms and never stored in plaintext. Communications are encrypted in transit via TLS. We implement reasonable organizational and technical safeguards to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure — notify us immediately at support@relaykit.net if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your account and associated data, and object to certain uses of your data. Contact support@relaykit.net. We will respond within 30 days.
RelayKit is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
